Fed up with bad tools, armed with design skills
Aroldo Alvarez is a landlord. He knows exactly what rent day feels like: the manual reminders, the spreadsheet juggling, the knot in your stomach wondering who is going to be late this month. He lived it.
He is also a Lead UI/UX designer. And the more he looked at the property management tools on the market, the more frustrated he got. They were bloated, confusing, and clearly built by people who had never collected rent themselves.
So he built LeasePilot from scratch, with one goal: create the most intelligent and most well-designed rental management tool that exists. Something that actually thinks alongside you, not something you have to fight with to get value out of.
Every screen, every interaction, and every AI feature was designed by someone who understands both sides of the experience: as a landlord who needed the tool to work, and as a designer who refused to ship anything less than great.
